Wayne Cook

G'day, I'm Wayne! Just another friendly face you'll catch Enjoying The Movement with the rest of the crew. With a whole life of sports and running under my belt, I've discovered that gentle  stretches and movements are my secret sauce for staying active, and loosening my stiff right hip. And yes I attend regular yoga classes! I was very reluctant at first, but my wife, Cass, assured me that it wasn’t just for bendy women, and of course she was right. Being part of this fantastic community in the stunning Foster Tuncurry just adds to the magic. Does it get better than this? I'm all about Enjoying The Movement day in, day out.

Poppy Ocean

Hi, I’m Poppy, a lover of yoga and movement. Yoga came into my life during a challenging time, becoming my anchor - a way to find calm within the storm. It made me feel happier and healthier, helped me to worry less and gave me a profound sense of gratitude for the little things in life. It wasn’t just the movement, it was the feeling - calmer, more confident, truly myself. This blossomed into a desire to share its many benefits with others. Nervous at first, I stepped into my first session to find a welcoming community, encouraging me to Enjoy The Movement even more and eventually lead my own sessions. I hope to create inclusive spaces where everybody feels comfortable.

Myles Lowry

Hey, I'm Myles! Life threw me a curveball with a big accident, and somehow, I went from construction sites to the yoga mat. It's been a wild ride from getting back on my feet to actually teaching movement and finding a whole new way to connect with myself and others. So, how about joining me? My adventure started five years back after a beautiful meditation session with my daughters in Byron Bay got us all hooked. Now, I’m all about sharing this chill vibe with you.
